My Story:
I wear many hats—mom, wife, grandma, educator, Reiki Master, Advanced Crystal Practitioner, and Certified Life Coach—but at the heart of it all, I am a passionate healer and guide. My journey into holistic wellness began as a personal one. Reiki and crystal energy became powerful tools that helped me and my husband find balance, healing, and peace in our lives. Experiencing firsthand the profound impact of these practices, I felt a deep calling to share them with others.
What started as a personal exploration soon blossomed into My Wellbeing Odyssey, a space dedicated to helping others release stress, restore energy, and find clarity.
